I liked my time here. the place was fairly clean. - I booked a double room with views of the garden, and everything was perfectly fine. - the stay was good because of the perfect and good location of the property. - the Francisco Sa Carneiro airport was not so far, only a 15-minute drive away.

Greatly enjoyed to spend 29 days in our cosy guest room with the terrace and the bathroom. Everything seemed perfect, clean. It offered us good location close to the centre, the festival and center of Porto. Everyone was very friendly as well as owner.

Location: the hotel was near cheap cafes, the festival, and the centre of Porto. The room was ideal and included so much space and Wi-Fi, greatly enjoyed it...

Friendly and kind staff!!!
The hotel with spacious rooms, in a relatively quiet area, to the festival. Absolutely perfect location, just a walk down to everywhere. A great selection of food options not too far from the venue.

A garden, a shared lounge, a terrace, and free WiFi throughout the property? Oh, how I indulged my social butterfly side, lounging in the garden whilst scrolling aimlessly on my phone. So thrilling!
Oh dear, the nearest airport was quite far. How delightful to spend extra time in a taxi, surrounded by the glorious hustle and bustle of traffic.

I had a fantastic stay at this guesthouse in Porto. The room was bright, comfortable, and had good wifi. The bathrooms were clean and functional, with a short wait sometimes, which is normal when sharing. The owner, Manuela, went the extra mile for me and helped me with some unusual requests. She made me feel at home and even helped me practice my Portuguese. The location of the guesthouse was well connected to the city center by buses and metro, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants in the surrounding area.
Nothing, all excellent.

The hotel's decoration was charming and cozy, with beautiful floral patterns and vintage furniture. The general areas were well-maintained and had comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a cup of tea. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with wide hallways and handrails available throughout the property, making it easy for me to navigate and feel safe during my stay.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more attentive and helpful staff. Although the children working there were friendly, there were times when I needed assistance or information and they seemed a bit disorganized and overwhelmed.

The location was convenient with local stores nearby and good bus connections into the city. Plus, there was free parking available, which was a bonus. The facilities were clean and the traditional Portuguese house added to the charm. The owner was friendly and helpful, making the check-in process easy.
The house was quite cold, especially in the common areas. The power went out several times and had to be manually turned back on at the entrance of the building.

manuela's guesthouse was a wonderful surprise! the location, a bit far from the center, turned out to be really convenient with nearby bus stops. the room was clean, and the fully equipped kitchen was a bonus. manuela was an amazing host, making us feel at home and going above and beyond to help us. the experience was truly unforgettable.
Basement room was humid.

I gotta say, I got a lot of bang for my buck at this place. The room was super nice, bright, and spacious, with everything I needed. And even though it wasn't right in the center, the location was still great with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Plus, the staff, especially Manuela, treated me like a VIP and went above and beyond to make my stay amazing.
The only thing that could've made the breakfast option even better would be if they offered a wider variety of choices.

I enjoyed the lovely garden, cozy lounge, and free WiFi. It was like staying in a resort, but without the luxury or elegance.
Who needs a convenient location when you can enjoy the inconveniences of being far from everything?
